As a family medicine physician providing non-surgical obstetric care, Dr. Sarah Horne cares for patients throughout every stage of pregnancy.

While Dr. Horne does not perform cesarean deliveries, a skilled surgical team is always available at the hospital if a C-section or other surgical care becomes necessary during labor or delivery.

Dr. Horne is the only provider at Generations who offers obstetric care, so she participates in a family medicine call group to ensure you have 24/7 physician coverage by phone and at the hospital when needed.

Dr. Horne delivers babies at Community Medical Center (CMC), where you’ll have access to family-centered maternity care and the region’s highest-level Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) if your baby needs specialized care.
